Adobe Acrobat and PDF Trouble Shooting

Problems and Solutions

Problem - You do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
Solution - Download a free copy from the following address: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html

Problem - A PDF is not opening.
Solution - Right click (on a PC) or hold down the mouse button (on a MAC) on the link to the PDF until a menu appears. Then select to 'Save Link As..' or 'Save Target As..' and save the file to your computer and then open it locally.
